August 5, 2011 - The Stay Clean Boot Puller is made from 100% recycled material!  Due to the recycled material, you may see some slight fluctuations in the color and texture of each unit.                                – EK Outdoors

August 15, 2011 – Camping in the Sierra Nevada Mountains and discovered a new use for the Stay Clean Boot Puller – My daughter wanted to take a shower in the forest using a solar-heated camp shower.  She asked if she could use the proto-type Stay Clean Boot Puller we brought with us.  She used it to stand on while showering and kept out of the pine needles and dirt.  She said it worked great!  I used it on the trip to put on and remove my fly-fishing waders.           – EK Outdoors

September 7, 2011 -  Safety - Please be sure to use the Stay Clean Boot Puller on a firm, non-slip, flat surface.  You do not want the Stay Clean Boot Puller to sink into the mud, slip out from underneath you or tip over!  Also, please view our video for proper removal of boots – The proper way to remove footwear is as follows:  Place left foot on left section of the platform; remove right boot using the left notch.  Place right foot on right section and remove left boot using the right notch.  Place left foot on the center section.  Always use the notch closest to where you are standing.  Otherwise the platform can tip over.  It is best to be holding on to something while removing footwear.    – EK Outdoors

September 23, 2011 – You can also find the Stay Clean Boot Puller at Scheels Sporting Goods or at Mack’s Prairie Wings.   For the folks in Northern California, you can find the Stay Clean Boot Puller at Kittles in Colusa, Guns Fishing and other Stuff in Vacaville, and Imbert & Smithers in San Carlos.   - EK Outdoors

September 29, 2011 – Fly-fishermen - We realize a good number of fly-fishermen use stocking-foot waders.  The best way to hang this type of wader from the Stay Clean Boot Puller is to  place the feet in the notches with the toes facing each other, pointing toward the center section of the boot puller.   – EK Outdoors

October 28, 2011 – Some boot and wader manufacturers apply a coating to new boots or waders.  This coating may cause the boots or waders to slip from the notches of The Stay Clean Boot Puller.  Not to worry, this coating usually wears off after a few uses, allowing the boots or waders to hang properly.    – EK Outdoors
